How long will it take to get my Net?
Each net is custom made per order as we take the customer’s needs into consideration. It typically takes 4-5 weeks to build a custom net. We will contact you when we start your build and will keep you abreast throughout the process.
Can I Personalize My Net
Yes! Each net is inscribed on the inside of the hoop in a gold metallic pen with “Heart Wood Trade – Net Type – Year.” We are happy to offer free inscription on the opposite side of the bow. Please note the specific inscription in the Additional Information portion at the bottom of the Checkout Page.
Can I Get a Net by a Specific Date
If you have a specific date that you need to receive your net, we are happy to try and meet that date. Note the date in the Additional Information portion at the bottom of the Checkout Page. Depending on demand, we may not be able to meet such requests. Keep in mind additional shipping charges may apply if we have to use an expedited service to get it to you in time.
Will I Get a Tracking Number?
You will indeed. We ship most packages via USPS and will send tracking information once your net goes out.
Our Guarantee
Dustin is proud to create these custom, functional art pieces. Each net is made to be robust and to withstand the elements. We warrant our products to the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials for one year. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.
Net Care
While we put many hours into each net and many layers of finish to protect from the elements, there are a few simple steps you can take to prolong the finish of your net. Keep your net indoors. Most owners proudly display their net inside to remind them of the places and fish they’ve caught. Apply a paste wax to your net every 3 to 6 months. Simply clean your net thoroughly with warm water and let dry. Use a cotton cloth to apply the wax. Once the wax is dry, polish with a clean cotton cloth.
Returns
All sales are final as each net is a custom creation for the customer. We stand by our nets will work with you to repair or replace any defect. For customers who wish to cancel an order, there will be a 20% handling fee.
